1. Validity and Usage: The NFT perks associated with this collection will be valid for a one-time use within a specified timeframe that we will set and communicate to all NFT holders. We reserve the right to change this date as necessary. Each perk is eligible for use by only one NFT holder and cannot be redeemed multiple times.

 

2. Transferability: The NFT perks are transferable between holders, but only if none of the previous holders have exercised their right to order the respective perk. Once a perk has been ordered or redeemed by any holder of the NFT, it is considered used and is non-transferable thereafter.

 

3. No Cash Exchange or Refunds: These NFT perks are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they refundable under any circumstances.

 

4. Ordering and Distribution: We reserve the right to initiate the process of ordering and distributing the perks only after 75% of the entire NFT collection has been sold. Until that threshold is reached, any attempts to redeem or use the perks associated with the NFTs will be rendered invalid.

 

5. Verification Process: Holders may be required to undergo a verification process to confirm their identity or ownership of the NFT before the perk is redeemed.

 

6. Expiration of Perks: Any perks not redeemed within the validity period will expire and cannot be claimed thereafter, unless otherwise stated.

 

7. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues, such as server downtimes or blockchain complications, preventing perk redemption, appropriate resolutions will be sought, but no guarantees are made for perk extensions.

 

8. Limitations on Perk Redemption: There might be specific conditions tied to the redemption of perks, such as geographical restrictions or age requirements. All such conditions will be clearly communicated beforehand.

 

9. Liabilities: We are not responsible for liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the perks due to reasons beyond our control.

 

10. Perk Descriptions: All perks are defined clearly to avoid ambiguity. If the perk involves a physical product, any associated shipping or handling costs will be communicated in advance.

 

11. Reselling and Third-party Interactions: Reselling of perks or involving third-party platforms for trading or redeeming perks without our explicit consent is prohibited.

 

12. Changes and Updates: We reserve the right to modify the terms, conditions, and specifics of the perks. Holders will be notified in advance, and the mode of communication will be clearly stated.

 

13. Data Protection: All personal data collected for perk redemption will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We ensure the utmost confidentiality and security of the data provided.
